About the Asthma

Asthma is a symptom caused by abnormalities of the airways in the form of heightened sensitivity to stimuli from the environment as a trigger.
Triggers may include fatigue symptoms of the mind (emotional distress), physical fatigue, changes in the environment are not expected (weather, humidity, temperature, smoke (especially tobacco) and the smells that stimulate), respiratory infections, particularly influenza disease specific, and Allergic reactions of the materials are inhaled or eaten.
Level of sensitivity of the respiratory tract symptoms begins from mild symptoms (a runny nose / sneezing or coughing that often recurrent / relapsed) to severe symptoms of asthma (trouble breathing). This situation is in fact characterized by a background of allergic reactions.
